    • Internal Governance: The misappropriation, unauthorized use, or theft of corporate funds for personal utility is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination and legal prosecution.
    • Capital Integrity: Funding Centrovance AI or purchasing platform assets using capital derived from illicit sources is strictly disallowed.
    • Mandatory Compliance: Compliance with the ACML framework is mandatory across all institutional layers, including team members, C-suite executives, investors, directors, and global licensed customers.
    • Licensing Penalty Clause: Any licensed customer found guilty of Corruption or Money Laundering will face immediate revocation of their enterprise license and total forfeiture of all remaining licensing fees (0% refund) to maintain the financial integrity of the ecosystem.
  2. Clean Sheet Policy
    • Definition: A "Clean Sheet" requires an individual to maintain a verifiable record entirely free of criminal convictions, financial malfeasance, or professional misconduct.
    • Personnel Standard: Adherence to the Clean Sheet Policy is a strict prerequisite for all internal personnel, including team members, directors, and C-suite executives, to ensure the highest standard of corporate trust.
  3. Data Privacy & Protection Regulations (DPPR) Compliance Policy
    • Data Sovereignty: Centrovance AI enforces strict privacy and protection protocols for all user and institutional data received across the ecosystem.
    • Regulatory Alignment: All data infrastructure operations strictly align with both local and international data protection regulations, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality and secure data handling.
  4. Refund Policy
    • Standard Evaluation Window (Months 1–3): Institutional customers who determine the platform does not align with their operational workflow within the first three (3) months of deployment are eligible to request a 50% partial refund of their licensing fee.
    • Finality of Terms (Post-Month 3): Following the expiration of the initial three-month window, all platform commitments and licensing fees become 100% non-refundable.
